7.5 Abusive Behaviour
You must not engage in any form of abusive, threatening, harassing, or offensive behaviour towards 678nd staff, customer support representatives, or other users of the platform. 678nd reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account from which abusive behaviour originates, without prior warning and without any obligation to refund any balance where the account closure is due to a breach of this provision.
Violations Result in Account Closure
Any breach of the prohibited conduct rules set out in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. 678nd reserves the right to immediately suspend or close offending accounts, void associated balances, and where appropriate, refer the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities without prior notice to the user.
Account Suspension & Closure
678nd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct
- Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months
- At the user's own request, including for responsible gaming self-exclusion purposes
- As required by applicable law, court order, or instruction from a relevant regulatory authority
8.1 User-Requested Closure
You may request the closure of your 678nd account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 678nd will process any pending withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method, subject to the applicable KYC and verification requirements.
